Welcome to my otter watching blog

Brydon Thomason; Otter watching is undoubtedly one of my main passions in life, I hope that through this blog fellow otter lovers and naturalists can share my enthusiasm and enjoyment of the otters I study through out the year. About Me

My Photo
Brydon Thomason
I have long believed that watching and studying otters is the pinnacle of all wildlife-watching experiences in Shetland, one that (for all the other wildlife spectaculars that the islands have to offer) I have yet to match. From an early age, these enigmatic creatures have fascinated me, and this has continued to inspire me for more than 20 years, gaining intimate knowledge of their movements, behaviour and habitats has brought me immeasurable pleasure. To find out more about trips visit www.shetlandnature.net I operate under a license issued by Scottish Natural Heritage, otters are protected by law under The Wildlife and Countryside Act.
